Mission and Vision

Produções Fixe (Unipessoal Lda) has the mission of developing educational solutions that value local knowledge, promote active citizenship, and foster inclusive, collaborative, and transformative pedagogical practices. We believe in education as an instrument of social change, capable of generating opportunities and strengthening communities.

Our vision is to be a national and international reference in creating educational content and experiences that respect cultural diversity, encourage participation, and adapt to the concrete needs of different audiences.

Work Methodology

Our approach is based on Non-Formal Education, using participatory, dynamic, and learner-centered methods. We develop:

• Educational games that facilitate learning through experience, discovery, and collective reflection;
• Workshops and training that promote transversal skills, stimulating curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity;
• Customized pedagogical tools, designed in collaboration with educators and partner institutions.

All our activities are oriented towards practical results, with direct impact on the daily lives of young people, education professionals, and communities.
