This project aims to break the taboo surrounding mental vulnerability among young people, preventing from an early age the factors that may lead to social exclusion and isolation later in life. To achieve this, the initiative seeks to equip youth educators, youth leaders, and young peer leaders with practical and accessible tools that allow them to demystify, identify, and initiate a support process related to mental health, particularly among young people aged 13 to 25. One of the pillars of the project is the creation of a group of multipliers—composed of both young people and educators—who can work directly with their peers, promoting a closer, more empathetic, and more effective approach to the topic of mental health. At the same time, the project aims to build a process of mutual learning among the participating organizations, valuing the exchange of experiences, methodologies, and best practices. This exchange will serve as the foundation for strengthening a solid and sustainable partnership, with a view to ongoing international cooperation.
