From May 19 to 24, we joined colleagues from various sectors for an intensive week focused on financial literacy and how gambling addiction impacts this area. At the same time, we refined new educational materials that are in their final phase. Brilliantly organized in Bucharest, Romania, by our partners at AEVR. In local partnership with the Fernando Casimiro Pereira da Silva School Group. With Ana Rita Camará and Tânia Santos.
For our upcoming international expert meeting, scheduled for next week in Bucharest, Romania, on “tackling the rise of gambling addiction,” we’ve just completed version 2.1 of the gamified tools to be used. Further testing phases are planned, and the tools and outcomes will soon be freely available to all. Locally designed and produced in Vila da Marmeleira by Ana Rita Camará.
May 12–17: We co-facilitated the international training course “The Power of Non-Formal Education” in Rome, Italy. Professionally organized by the Italian National Agency for Erasmus+. Thirty educators from 20 different countries accepted the “challenge to be challenged.” Together with the team, we also made a quick stop at the “Holy Door” to symbolically cleanse the previous 60 editions of this training. Now we’re ready for the next 60! With Simona Molari, Denis Morel, Thierry Dufour, Luca Pignocco, and Jo Claeys.
